| When Microsoft’s MVP (Most Valued Professionals) team needed a speaker for their ‘Financial Year Kick-Off’ in Dubai, the event presented some special challenges. Over 20 nationalities were represented offering a wide range of cultures and languages.

Amongst the complex regulatory announcements, essential industry information, and product announcements, organisers were looking for a speaker who could inspire 2,000 financial advisors.
In the lead up to the event Michael spent much of his time researching the financial climate and adapting his presentation to make it particularly relevant for those in the financial services sector.

Michael included focussed on world class customer service and our brilliance benchmarking model.

With an inspection approaching they wanted to achieve a three star rating. Michael was asked to present tools that would encourage all staff to 'step up' and raise their game. Three identical sessions were booked to ensure all staff had access to Michael.
